woke up a little late yesterday.. So couldn't write.. But yea.. I cycled!.. :)it was short but with slopes so it had to be awesome!.

Today thankfully I did not get up tired and sleepy like I used to.. Today was like a very fresh morning.. May be cuz l'm trying to sleep early. Well atleast earlier than I used to. All in all I feel awesome and today I must've done 15-16 kms with big slopes.. Feels really good.. :)

Another difficult morning to wake up.. But well what I dont regret about today is I had a really nice sleep! All this thanks to yesterdays cycling.. :)
Couldn't do much today so for a short period i chose all roads that had a lot of steep uphill cycling to do. I tried to keep the gears to the highest for more difficulty.. This was awesome too. Try cycling on the top gear on a steep slope tht too when thats after you're exhausted.!!

Anyways.. I'm sure ill get good sleep today.. See you tomorrow.

P.S: listen to jazz esp uptempo jazz while cycling. I was listening to pink floyd yesterday but that being all spacey and trippy doesnt help cycling with energy!. Tomorrow slipknot!!

Started cycling today so thought I'll start a blog to keep myself motivated.

Well technically not the 1st say cuz I have been doing this and other things mostly to keep fit. Well atleast I try to.

Was a little difficult to wake up in the morning but some how pushed out of bed. At one point i was actually again getting back to bumking the routine as i was getting a lil late for office. But alas pushed and left. Went from home till a park that is around 4km from my plc and if you go around it once its close to 5 km. So yeah, approx 13km today. Loads of ups and downs. My suggestion and my lesson for today. Don't miss anything just go! And before you go, LIMBER UP!!!!
